The warm glow of a lit candle is enjoyed by most for its comforting intimacy. Fascinated with the atmosphere that a candle light emits, I was curious to see if the same experience could be had with a light bulb. Therefore, in an attempt to capture that essence, I started a series of experiments using the material wax combined with electric lighting.
In the first series I made lighting out of coloured moulded wax, of which the latest one was also turned into shape.
